Kim's proven track record of leadership and results in Human Resources allowed her opportunities to work in the US and abroad across multiple industries with global organizations such as General Electric, Royal Dutch Shell, Dell, Honeywell (AlliedSignal), Air Liquide and, most recently, CB&I where she was VP Human Resources Corporate and Global BU Operations. She has served as a coach and problem solver for CEOs, General Managers, Vice Presidents and has worked with Boards of Directors.

During her career as a Chief Human Resource Officer and global C-Suite executive, Kim managed a global staff of over 200 employees and budgets of $25M. She has developed significant expertise in interviewing and assessment, problem resolution, coaching and development. Her perspective and guidance supported organizations through periods of significant global growth, business crisis management, mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring and new business development. Working in collaboration with internal and external legal expertise, Kim personally managed or led investigations and audits of significant scope and magnitude, maintaining the highest standards of investigation practice and confidentiality. Her approach and involvement led to resolution of the most delicate situations in a win-win manner. In addition, Kim created in-house employee relations functions, setting the standard for proactive management of compliance and employee dispute resolution. She balanced business compliance efforts with a strong focus on proactive employee development, engagement and inclusion. Kim is a recognized expert in helping businesses at all levels create and sustain positive employee morale and inclusive, dynamic corporate cultures. She has led HR organizations in the management and resolution of EEOC cases, organizational crisis, arbitrations, mediations, employee lawsuits and compliance audits.

Kim is certified in Hogan Assessment and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management and The Human Resource Planning Society.  She is an Associate member of the American Bar Association.
